Warranty and Replacement:
We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with the received photos, you can exchange the unwanted photo for a new one. Shipping costs of 15 AED are non-refundable.
Retrieval:
You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the product within one day of receiving it. A deduction of 15 AED for delivery fees and 25% of the order value will be applied. The refund will be processed after the item is returned and received by the PHOTO5 team.
Cancel order:
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t entered the preparation stage. The period between receiving and starting to process the order is 14 hours. The full payment will be refunded within 3 days.
