Once satisfied with your photo selection, easily add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details and email, and confirm your order effortlessly.
3-Track your order:
After placing your order, we will print, cut, and pack your photos with care. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Customer journey from payment to receiving the order:
- After receiving your photos, the PHOTO5 team will print, package, and ship your order.
- The shipping company will deliver the order within 2 to 5 working days at most.
- Upon delivery, the shipping courier will contact you via WhatsApp for the delivery location.
What to do when you are unable to receive the order from the representative:
- You can request to postpone delivery by a day or two with the courier.
- Alternatively, ask to have your order delivered to the nearest shipping branch for personal pick-up at your convenience.
